Agon terms of use

By using the Agon app (iOS and Android) or the website agontheory.com, by NOVAJOTA APPS, S.L., you accept these terms.

Using Agon

Agon is a game theory game played against bots, for personal and lawful use. It has no accounts: your strategies, stats and progress are stored on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the app or use Settings → "Delete progress". The iOS app is downloaded from the App Store and is also governed by Apple's standard license agreement (EULA), which prevails in case of conflict on what it regulates. The Android app is downloaded from Google Play.

Ads

The Android app shows ads (Google AdMob). The iOS app and the website do not. Details are in the privacy policy.

Purchases and gems

The current version of Agon has no purchases. In the future it may offer gems, a virtual item bought with real money through Google Play or the App Store. When they become available, the following will apply: purchases are processed and charged by the relevant store, under its own terms and refund policy; gems can only be used inside Agon, have no value outside the app, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to other people, and their price is shown before you buy. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights that the law gives you, including the right of withdrawal where it applies. We will tell you in these terms and in the app before purchases are enabled.

No warranties

We build Agon with care, but it is provided "as is", with no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Back up your data if it matters: uninstalling the app deletes it from your device.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NOVAJOTA APPS, S.L. is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of Agon. This does not limit any rights that consumer law gives you.

Intellectual property

The app, its code, brand, icon, texts and images belong to NOVAJOTA APPS, S.L. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without written permission.

Changes

We may update these terms and the app. The current version is the one published here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory rules of your place of residence also protect you.
